COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled, 9% ABV, Jahrgang 2008, tasted in 2012, thanks mom for this gift! Hazy orange colored, lasting off-white head. Lots of honey in aroma, some malts, perhaps some wheat? In flavor some fruit shining through, strawberries, yeast, and lots of honey sweetness. Alcohol is well hidden. Thick mouthfeel. For me too sweet to drink a whole bottle (0.7 L), but on occasion it could certainlybe nice to drink a glass of this.

Pours a transparent gold with some creamy white head. Aroma is honey and only honey. Sweet, a little earthy, flowers, honey comb. Flavor is straight honey too, almost like several table spoons of honey dissolved in Coors Original. It’s also sweet and a tough earthy. Full bodied, sweet finish. A honey beer for honey lovers for sure.
