Can : Clear reddish copper ale with a decent 3 finger cap. Malty-caramel dominates aroma with some fruitiness and grassy hop tones in the background. Sturdy mouth feel, good malt backbone. Tate profile has the big chewy bite of cara-malts in front, almost gets sweet but there is sufficient hopping to balance. Finish lingers and gets more bitter with a clean hoppy bite at then end. All in all a very decent and servicable amber - and very drinkable. I’ll buy more.

Kind of sweet with a honey-like appearance, nose, and palate. Doesn’t quite get to caramel on the malts but there is the beginning of something sweet on the tongue. A bit of toffee. No hop presence and no bitterness to speak of. Not a particularly balanced beer. Completely forgettable. Will never purchase again, as this is an "also ran" in the crowded craft beer market.

A little bit bitter but nice. First note is very flavourful but doesn’t last long. overall nice amber coloured beer.

Can. Amber pour with a minimal white head. aroma was a tad sweet, honey, biscuit. Taste was similar, touch of caramel and toasty malt. Better than their lager, fairly enjoyable.

A lot of honey and graham cracker on the nose of this beer. This translates into the flavour as well, but the taste is too far on the sweet side with out any bitterness to balance it. Honey brown colour and a rather smooth texture. Overall it’s too sweet to really be enjoyable.

Bière ambrée, limpide et coiffée d’un éphémère col blanc. Au nez, un caramel générique un peu fruité. Elle est moyennement amère et un peu acide. Elle est mince, de corps léger et se termine honnêtement sur un peu d’amertume.

[5227-20130413] 471mL can. Mildly plastic grains aroma. Slightly hazy, brown orange body with a quick foamy white head. Grainy malt flavour. Medium body. Average. (6/3/6/3/12) 3.0

473 ml can purchase at the Hawkesbury LCBO on Decembre 12, 2013. Light amber, thin head. Aroma of malted barley slightly sweet, notes of berries. The taste is quite the same thing, a touch sour, a little bitter. Well it is your micro that taste like macro but don’t tell them that!

can. Poured clear amber-orange with a thin white head. Sweet malt aroma, very mild. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp, light-average body. Bready malt flavour, sweet notes of orange and a touch of grassy hops. Nice session.
