Dark brown colour. Bit sweet and toasty with notes of fruits. Soft mouthfeel with coffee and chocolate, then ending with a slight bitterness.

Sep 3, 2007 Can, at RBESG 2007 in Glasgow, Grand Tasting. Dark reddish brown colour. Aroma and flavour of moderately roasted malts. Quite nice.

Aug 31, 2007 Canned at RBESG ’07. Dark brown. Sweet and fruity with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Roasty malt gives me coffee and butter, there’s notes of apples before a carefully bitter finish. Quite good!

Bottle at RBESG. Had a bit of a beer spillage on this page of my note book so can only make out the words brown, aroma, chocolate and innoffensive (I think). Erm... yeah, that’s my rate.
