Hazy golden colour with a white head. Sweet aroma dominated by yeast and spices with notes of fruit. Flavour of dried fruit, yeast and spices. Bitter finish. Well hidden alcohol.

Backlog (unknown year, certainly somewhere before 2005). Bottle. Hazy medium amber, good creamy white head, fruity nose, banana, peach, yeast, some coriander, medium sweetbitter and fruity taste, more bitterness and some alcohol at the end.

Cloudy, orange colored, medium strong white creamy head. Nice and intense aroma of oranges, spices, bit coriander, brewing sugar and Belgian yeast. Taste is medium sweet wheat, brewing sugar, spice, coriander, again strong orange notes. Medium bodied and carbonation. Low+ spicey bitterness. Lasting aftertaste. Surprisingly good!

Nice strong Belgian. Maybe lacks some depth but I like the vinous flavor with some yeast, cilantro and floral hops. Not excellent but tasty and very drinkable.

Balance, subtlety, evolution, nuanced without excesses or fanfare but with an incredible quality. A great beer to enjoy it calmly and without haste. Just do not abuse it to enjoy it fully and if you can, let it evolve in the bottle.

Lekker fruitig, beetje kruidig.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Unclear gold colored beer with a small white cup, low carbonation. Tastes like yeast, malt, sour / sweet fruit, citrus, banana, sweet honey. Slightly bitter/sweet and caramel after taste. Yummy.

WYGLĄD: Barwa jasno pomarańczowa, zamglone. Piana drobna, krótka i niska.
AROMAT: Dosyć intensywny. Fenole (goździki i inne przyprawy) oraz estry (banany, morela/brzoskwinia). W tle zboża.
SMAK: Ponownie sporo goździków, przełamanych owocami. Alkohol nieźle "schowany". Znaczne wysycenie.
OGÓLNIE: Bardzo udane. Solidny przedstawiciel stylu.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden orange color with off white head. Aroma is citrusy fruity, banana too, yeasty, spicy, light malty. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle into tulip. Nose is sweet spice. Cloudy orange beer with sediment. Medium carbonation keeps everything moving. Quite neutral at first but it’s all at the end. Slight bitterness leads to cream, banana, cloves and an alcohol hit. Sugar is still present late on. Like a normal Hoegaarden but all grown up.
