cloudy orangish with huge white head. flavor has a giant malt component with wonderful coriander and orange peal flavor. the greater malt component really balances this beer with the spice component and makes this the best belgian wit i have ever had

Nice spicy aroma with notes of lemon, sour banana, corriander, and candy. Murky orangish, light brown with a flanel blanket cover that last quite some time. Very pleasant and fruity flavour, with some woody, dry sourness and horseblanket remiscent of a saison. Notes of white grape, clove, noble hops, black pepper, and a touch of ethanol. Significant bitterness. Medium to light body, slightly warming with a lasting fruitiness together with the woody bitterness.

Jun 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy pale gold, yeast certainly prominent, fluffy head. Orange and citrus aroma, and the flavor is certainly sweet with clear orange and slight yeast tones. Alcohol masked extremely well. Certainly a hoegaarden- just more so.
