33 cl bottle bought in Berlin at KaDeWe: poured a deep amber color with a big tan head. Lots of dark floaties in this one. Yeasty bread aroma, light pepper. Taste is pretty dry, not as sweet as I would have thought. Mild dark fruits and peppery. Decent but nothing great.

Amberish coloured beer a little hazy, nice floks of (yeast?) in the beer. Small white head. Malty sweet aroma. Sweet little creamy palate. Little bitter and sweet ending, rather long one. Ok

Bottle at the Biere Temple in Brugge. Light raisin aroma. Dark amber color with a huge beige head. Flavor is spicey brown malt. It all works well together to produce a pleasant, balanced drink. Leaves a tingle behind.

(Bottle at Doerak, Delft, on 2008-03-23) Dark brown and cloudy. Malty nose with some sweetness. Lots of malts in taste. Tiny amounts of bitterness. Some salty liquorice. Too much caramell.

Cloudy brown with medium head. Very interesting. warming for its unnotable alcohol. yeasty and fruity. Rich in both flavor and aroma.

Bottle, pouring a cloudy light brown with a very large foamy off white head. A yeasty aroma of fruit sundae and spicy kick. A smooth and warming malty palate, nicely balanced with the alcohol. More peppery in the finish, and maybe a touch medicinal. A beautiful winter warmer - even if it is just autumn.

Bottle. Dark amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is very fruity - sweet ripe fruits together with some yeast and spices. Flavour is sweet, quite yeasty and very fruity. The first taste is one of burnt caramel and chocolate.
