| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 3, 2007 Golden with chunky sediment and a nice head. The mouthfeel is smooth and prickly. The flavour has notes of dark, very ripe fruit, malt, hops and a weak citrussy note in the finish, that is long and acidic. The alcohol is not present in the flavour. Smells very similar to a German dunkel weiss. Murky muddy brown colour. Some spice with a metallic and strangely hoppy finish. Synthetic and pretty standard. crushinat0r (227), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma: sweet, candy, herbal spicy of coriander and parsley. Reminiscences of tomatoes sauce including your sourness and sweetness. Fruity, malty and yeasty. Touches of black olives. Complex and exotic.
Flavor: similar analogies to aroma. Sweety, spicy, candy, hoppy and fruity. Touches of honey; liquory and malty end.
Palate: Low carbonation. Medium body with viscous texture. Allen (1348), Switzerland
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 18, 2007 My version was at 8.5 ABV. It pours a deep amber colored beer with a decent light brown head. A very sweet aroma of coriander and oranges. Very pleasantly spiced, a quite good nose. Creamy mouthfeel, sweet, some flavors of oranges, peaches, some cloves, coriander. A high alcohol presence. Lots of caramel and rich fruits in the taste. (Almost like christmas pudding). This belgian strong ale is somewhat cloying. Full-bodied and vinious. A grassy hop bitterness is combined with some spiciness. Both are present in the finish. A woody aftertaste follows. jdjuice (203), Japan
