a floral, grass, livey aroma. appearance is Cloudy and golden like straw., head is white and good lasting. The flavor is with a lot flowers and perfume, a bit of bubblegum. a light waterys beer good for summer.

Bottle. Cloudy, wheat beer look. Slight citrus taste with a spicy edge. Pleasant smell. Really refreshing. Recommneded.

Bottle 33cl. Yellow color with a white head. Refreshing and enjoyable. Medium sweetness, light body, average carbonation, long finish.

Pours cloudy light yellow with a grey head that vanishes. Smells and tastes of flowers, cloves and banana. Flavor is sour-sweet and texture is dry. Light to medium body.

I’ll just start by saying that I am biased in favor of this beer. I love Hoegaarden. It is the witbier by which I judge all others. With that in mind, my review follows. It is a light hazy golden yellow color. Hazy enough to nearly be opaque. It reminds me of a wheat field on a nice summer day. It’s minimal head doesn’t stay around long, at all. Smells of spicy citrus notes. Little yeasty bread-like notes in there, too. Not much else, just keep it simple. Taste is very good, indeed. The not quite sweet citrus flavors are so finely balanced by the spiciness of the coriander that this is harmony in a glass. Light yeast notes follow along bringing a delicate banana flavor to round out the end. Very good creamy mouthfeel, here. This wouldn’t work without the proper carbonation level and fortunately, this has it. For me, this is a great session beer. Nice and easy to drink with a moderate enough ABV level. It would score a 5.0 for this except that it runs about $10 a 6-pack, so you have to kind of monitor your intake, for financial reasons. (Someday, when I win the lottery, I’ll bathe in this stuff.) Mmmmm....tasty!

a very, very nice "summertime" beer. fresh taste, orange and coriander flavor, cloudy and a yellow color app. think it´s very (!) important to drink it cold!

Yellow color with beautiful compact head. The aroma is very attractive of fruit and coriander. The body is velvety with taste fizzy, yielded and spicy.

Basically the style’s standard. Cloudy yellow color with a perfume and coriander aroma mixed with a candy sweetness from the yeast. A slight orange zest int he flavor and a light smooth palate.
