3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Onionkid (224) - Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA - SEP 3, 2011
Bottle. Light aroma of grass and wheat...bit of a hoppy smell. Pours a dirty, mixed color. Light and kind of looks like a wheat/lime drink. Has a slightly sweet and sour taste to it, crisp with grassy flavors and a nice finish. Caught off guard by this beer, pretty much is always in the local section with a bunch of subpar selections (Peroni, I’m looking at you!) so pleasantly surprised! 5% alcohol.

This Belgian Wheat beer has a nice simple flavor with an easy palate there after. It appears a light clear brown with a small white head. It has a simple wheat aroma and is a refreshing beer for the summer.

Bottled. Very refreshing, with taste of citrus and coriander really present. The good end of a warm summer day.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2011 Poured from a tap into a pintish-type glass at Rí Rá in Las Vegas, Nev. Just a touch of head. Color had a lemon look. Slight film/lacing.
First smell was banana. Also some other fruits - lemon mainly - and some cloves? Very refreshing smell.
Refreshing first sip with lots of flavors. Wheat and grain seemed to dominate. Also a light spice of something. Maybe pepper? Could have been the cloves. Ending taste had some kind of blood taste. But I like my blood, so it worked out.
Really great mouthfeel. It stayed good throughout and was much better out of the tap then out of the bottle (like I’ve had before). Average carbonation.
I’ve had this before, but I really enjoy this beer. It was even better out of the tap. Perfect for the summer.

Citrus tasting, light soda light taste with a nice texture on the tongue. Other than that, not a huge fan of this belgian,
