Bottle @ Bierologie in Gent. Hazy golden colour with a nice firm white head on top. Aroma has citrus, fresh coriander, lemon peel and mowed grass. Flavour has some sweetness in it, paired with the spiceness of the aroma. Really refreshing witbier.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 JaKeAFC (155) - ITALY - JUN 4, 2011
Ohh, i just love this, it’s one of the beers i would be happy dying sinking in a pool of it! Very Pale straw body, hazy, generous white creamy head. Floral aroma, spices, coriander, citrus. Some yeast and grains. Light mouthfeel, also if quite carbonated goes down superbly, refreshing. Lemon-sourish finish. OK!
3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Chipalsa (481) - Florida, USA - JUN 3, 2011
Pours an amazing hazy faint yellow, with a big ole head. The scent is amazing, very thick and mellow with notes of bread, sweet yeast and a hint of vanilla. Flavor is amazing as well, full of bready notes and citrusy tang. The balancing undertones of sweet malts and a bitter wheat finish make this quite enjoyable. A very complex and drinkable beer - I am impressed!

Test vom 20.10.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 dionysian_son (210) - Colorado, USA - MAY 28, 2011
Pours a light, cloudy yellow with light white head. Nose is bready. Thin-medium on the tongue with nice yeast and ester taste. Flat finish, but satisfying overall and great on a hot day.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Atom (589) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 28, 2011
I’m really not a huge Witbier fan but this one is really decent and drinkable. Aroma is a not overpowering orange, wheat, and spice. The taste has everything a typical Witbier should have, citrus, wheat and coriander, this has a great balance, not one element is overpowering, and it’s not overly sweet or spiced. Refreshing and sessionable.
