Bottle. Pours a cloudy light golden color. Taste is fantastic. Orange - spice flavor is abundant initially. Then transitions into a nice smooth finish. Delicious. One of my all time favorites.

Draught and bottle. Light almost white body, nice foamy head. Wheat and citrus. Nice and light for after workout refreshment.

2008 Bottle - Pours the oddest color I’ve ever seen in a beer...neon pale off white, 2 for originality but 0 for being utterly unappetizing, but kinda looks like what you would expect from a bladder infection, with a great white head...aroma is pretty weird too, wet dog one minute, spicy tart yeast the next...flavour is light and citrusy, bready...I was really looing forward to this for some reason...I like wit but this was totally unexpected...literally one of the strangest beers from start to finish I’ve ever had...what the fuck?

On draft. Pours a cloudy pale yellow (almost white) with a thin small bead white head that stays throughout and rings the glass. Faint aroma of bananas and citrus. Very thin on flavor, but well balanced and refreshing. Taste is of fresh bread dough, mild spices and some sweetness. You could drink this all day.

Cloudy yellow body sets it apart right away from a lager or pilsner. Pleasant intricate mix of fruity, spicy, subtle wheat and very slight nutty/woody aromas - not overkilled nonetheless. Quite alluring. Optimum carbonation but not unqiuely sparkling on the tounge. Refreshing enough though. This brew has character. Light to medium body, the brew is alright on the palate. Despite the spectrums of nice aromas, its taste is not reflective of what you would expect by smell. Hopped on the bitter side and lacking in wheat flavours, the citruses culminate in a somewhat hard sour finish. Its saving grace is its sweet middle and crisppiness - making it an easy brew to enjoy despite its shortcomings. Good for hot days. Opt for draught/tap.

Bottle best by 02/02/10. Poured a hazy light yellow with a tall frothy white head that settles to a ring and left light lace. Aromas of clove, wheat, and a light banana background. The flavor is much the same with hints of lemon. Light body and a clove aftertaste. Nice!

I drink this beer about as much as any because its complex and thirst quenching. Each time I have one I get the impression of many novel characteristics. Certain times the creamy agricultural earthy grains come to the fore, the next its the coriander and rich spices which predominate, then its a crisp lemony finish; but always, everytime, there’s the beautiful warm phosphorescent yellow glow and a white inviting foamy head. A world class beer if there ever was one.
