Beautiful white lasting head. Cloudy yellow color. Medium bodied. Aroma with flowers and citrus notes. Flavor is sweet, citrusy and a bit acidic ending slightly bitter. One of best beers I’ve ever had.

Not my favorite style, but the aroma is very good. Citrusy, sourdoughy, with some floral and lavendar notes. A tart and yeasty flavor and very light body with low bitterness leave me wanting somthing more, and somthing more might just be another bottle of it.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2004 Bottle. Head is initially large, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of coriander, ginger, and orange zest. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Surprisingly, this hasn't been ruined by Interbrew as of yet...retains all the characters essential to classic witbier, and isn't dirty tasting. Lacks distinction and uniqueness, and I wouldn't buy this regularly based on principle, but it's a decent witbier.

Good Witbier! A cloudy yellow. A little yeasty and citrus-like. A touch of lemon meringue pie. Unibroue’s ’Blanche De Chambly’ is very similar. I like it a little more than Hoegaarden. It has more character. Check it out.

Snow-white foam over hazy blond brew with a steady lazy stream of bubbles. That’s the correct type for witbier. Refreshing slightly lemony with some yeasty aromas. Refreshing nice mouth-foam, slightly yeasty, medium-bodied and quite satisfying. The standard for the witbeer I know, good but not outstanding, best in summer, drunk cold... Pretty low in alcohol, too, an advantage for ’quaffing’

Very nice and thirst quenchingbut I’m yet to find the full corriander & orange complexities others speak of. Will give it a few more tries. Maybe I just prefer German Hefes.

A beer that oozes with class and quality. It has something for everyone from the Bud Lite drinker to the barley wine afficionados. Easy drinking with a mildly citric touch enhanced by coriander and orange peel. A slight hop in the finish does enough to balance things out without imparting much bitterness. I work in a restaurant of 150 draft beers and for anyone who wants to try something different, this one never fails.

Oooooh . . . what a witbier. Great stuff. Lovely, thick, fizzy head. Wonderful citrus and spice flavor. Smells wondrous. A classic.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2005 My first white beer(that I know of) that I have ever tasted. The cloudiness almost turned me off, but surprisingly, it was a decent beer! Nice fluffy white head and nice lacing. Pretty fizzy too.. There were alot of different scents emanating from the beer, citrus, banana, dough. Good show.

I love belian whites, but not as much as the strong ales. Great fruity taste, could have been a bit stronger though, give me more alcohol! Nonetheless, a beer everyone should try and will like.
