This beer poured a light straw color and was slightly cloudy with some carbonation. It formed a white head which subsided and left very little lace. It had a nice citrus aroma to it. The taste had citrus and some hops, and the carbonation created a slightly tangy finish. A good summer beer.

What an enjoyable beer. Pours out to a very pale, hazy gold in the glass with a cloudlike, puffy, foamy head. Taste is that of wheat, yeast, citrus and very light clove. What a tasty beer!!!

Dull, pale yellow colur. Firm head. Yeasty citrus aroma. Refreshing citrus-flavour. Goes down very easy.

UPDATED: AUG 10, 2003 Drunk from a characteristic Hoegaarden White glass. Cloudy pale yellow colour with nice white head. The aroma didn't really impress me, but the very refreshing flavour of citrus and coriander/cloves is classic. The mouthfeel is a bit too watery for me, though. Still, I don't think I'll ever grow tired of this great witbier!

Excellent look with its cloudy golden color and huge head-I wish the taste would have been as positive. Although its fruity flavor of orange was nice, the sourness was too overpowering to enjoy the flavor. A decent beer, but overshadowed by the sourness.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2003 An exceptional beer. The combination of orange & corriander make the Belgian White one of my favorite beer styles, with this being the best. Just a bit better on tap than in the bottle, but both are exceptional. I believe this was the model for the Celis White.

I didn’t like the smell at first, but it grew on me. Nice and mellow taste, it was okay, but I think i might get bored with it after awhile. Good for a calm down drink.

Surprisingly smooth and palatable fruit flavor (i kept thinking green grape) for an unfiltered beer. The head was unusually light in weight and color. Enjoyed it entirely but don’t know if I could handle more than one due to its sweetness.

A little TOO mellowed for me. Good quality, but bland.

A quality belgian white, ugly apperrance, milky water with a yellow hue, once you past the apperance, try drinking it out of the bottle, this is a good beer. Spicey aroma and flavor very light body, overall refreshing and easy to drink!
