3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: MAY 22, 2004 Re-rate: Pours like a thin lemonade, with all the cloudiness and bits. Aroma forewarns a strong citrus bite. Head was a short stack of quickly disappearing bubbles. Taste was both tangy and spicy with a dry finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy pale yellow with a nice collapsing foamy head. The aroma is lemon, pepper, corainder, and wheat. The flavor has an assertive spiciness up front that consists of pepper and coriander, this then transitions into a sweet orange/lemon flavor, finally a tiny bit of sourness and bitterness develops just about time of the swallow. The body is medium-light the finish has sone slight astringency. Overall a very nice a drinkable witbier.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2013 Lets face it, this beer is not attractive, the cloudiness makes it look murky. The rest of it though is top stuff. The aroma is of vanilla ice cream. The beer is supremly mellow with hints of spice. Very drinkable and refreshing. Much better to drink as a quencher than lagers. Score 3.7

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Greenish yellow beer with an apropriate amount of foam for something that's at least half made of wheat. Green apple crispness immediately softens and turns to a pear flavor, then sttling on coriander and oranges. Finishes dry. Great wit I have here....(!)

This naturally fermented, cloudy white beer has a great, light taste that belies its colour.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
aromas of coriander orange yeast fresh cooked bread. the head was substantial the slowly fades to a thin layer on the surface. The color is a hazy straw. The flavor is creamy, orange with a slight coriander pepperiness. A little bit of wheat. It becomes thin and watery toward the end. There are better blanche bieres, although this beer is a good drinking beer and you can put away dozens.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
This is a very aromatic, excellent representation of the Belgian Wit style. Cool and refreshing on a hot day, this will make you forget Hefeweizens and Wheat beers alike. Try it without the lemon.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This Belgian Wheat pours a cloudy light yellow with a brilliant white foamy head. Hoppy citrus aromas with cheesey yeast notes. Slight wine scent with a small amount of alcohol. Very round body, smooth with a slight carbonation. Flavours of dough, vanilla and ginger to finish. The palate is very smooth almost to the point of watery but it leaves behind a flavour of yeast and vanilla. Very smooth!
