Lightly cloudy pale golden in color with an egg white head that is modestly retained. Aroma is spicy/yeasty. Flavor is spicy with light wheast flavor. Finish is dry. Nice thirst quencher.

Alright, this where me and the import guys but heads. This is rank, one glass was enough for anyone in the room. Out of 10 people (all of which who have had well over 200 different beers) this was not one they’d recomend. Come on, the smell alone was enough to make a horse puke. I’ll stop there. But, please, go buy a 6 of these and enjoy. For that matter, buy two 6’s, and all of you enjoy.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2008 Super head and a nice cloudy yellow appearance. Very nice taste with a subdued sweet citrus taste. Aftertaste is very good as well.

(on tap) Going back this was the first witt I ever tasted, so.... Lots of foam, lots ofbanana to the nose. A big mouth for a scottish ale-lover, but I really like the fullness of a Hoegaarden. Thanx for keeping up the good work in the hard times after WW2.

Estery aroma, citrus. Cloudy light yellow color. Taste is very belgian, with wheat and floral notes. Medium body. Great witbeer.

Very light, a little too thin for my liking. The flavour that is there is nice but there’s not nearly enough of it.

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2006 this beer is very refreshing. it is really light in body, but its not light on taste. the flavour is definitely not lacking, but its not too forceful which allows it to go down smooth. i had it served to me in a giant Hoegaarden pint glass which is really heavy and looks awesome. i noticed that the head stuck around for longer than most beers. Awesome brew.

with a twist of freshly squeezed lime, this is definately one of the most refreshing beers. very light and fruity flavour, very smooth taste.

Don’t forget this one for that crisp refreshing summer cold drink. An upscale after a sweat quick one - or two :-) - that you’ll find cloudy, pale moon yellow, a touch spiced, white headed and satifying.

A huge frothy head over a pale hazy yellow beer. Nice carbonation retains a (thin) head throughout. Nice aroma of spice and citrus. Initial tang of bitter and tart followed by the spiciness of coriander. Dry and refreshing, very quenching. Defines style.
