I was unimpressed with this beer. I had it in bottle, but I followed th puring directions on the label. It was hard to drink, too sour. I think Paulaner Hefe is a much better beer.

The first time I had this beer it tasted like balogna. However at the insistence of a trusted friend I gave this beer another try. Wow definately better the second time around while still not my favorite the pale straw color along with the citrus/orange peel aroma with a hint of coriander was definately more appealing. The taste this time was spicier showing some pepper along with a champagne like carbonation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2009 Interesting beer! A friend was surprised that I had never sampled this one and suggested it. It pours a nice big head with a cloudy pale yellow colour. Very attractive beer! The aroma is sweet and fruity, some hops detectable, but mostly a light citris smell. Goes down very smooth, with nice palate depth. Maybe too much carbonation, but doesn’t take away from the beer. Head diminishes rapidly and leaves you with a smooth spicy beer which would be great on a hot day.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
For a wit beer, it doesn’t get much better than this, considering the availability, and it actually tastes pretty good. Poursa hazy hue with a nice white head, aromas of wheat, a hint of spice. Flavors of the same with a mild bitterness and that mighty orange peel tinge.

The pour is pale yellow, almost lemonade looking, with light, white foam. Wheaty, sweet aroma. Crisp citrus flavor. Very lite and smooth. Im not a big fan of wheat beers, but this is very refreshing.

Draft. Poured a Milky amber with a medium white head that lasted. Aroma was a sweet with a citrus tone. Flavor was refreshing and light with a short finish. Drinkable as a brew lemonade.
