An extremely tasty and solid witbeer. I really enjoy the spiciness created by the yeast, and think that the spicing is done the perfect amount.

A bottle of this after work was my introduction to Belgian White. This brew pours a hazy
pale gold with a healthy helping of tiny body particles. The average sized white fizzy head
doesn’t stay around long before it becomes a thin strip of bubbles floating on top of the
brew. Lacing is virtually non-existent. The heavy earthy nose is mostly of malt and
suggests cereal and caramel, with hints of flowers, perfume, citrus, and date. The flavor
though not overwhelming is balanced with moderate levels of sweetness and acidity with a
hint of bitterness. The finish is quick, and the body is light to medium with a creamy soft
texture and an astringent feel to the finish. Not very exciting, but good nonetheless.

Had it on draft (with a free glass to boot!). Was served very cold, but could still taste the spicy citrus notes. no head. was really nice in the summer heat.

Mild wheat smell, opaque yellow. Tastes nicely bitter, soft spicey flavour. Very good.

has the spiciness of other whites, but more subtle. Only a very slight skunk aroma. some citrus flavor. not a bad beer. Definitely improves as it warms..

Pleasant Wit. Sweet but not cloying. Much better as it warms up.

Jello lime green under red bar lights . . . definately a deterant. What a wonderful beer though. Nice and spicey but not overwhelmingly so. Good amount of carbonation to balance the wheat. Highly recomended as an introduction to wheat beers. Don’t take too long drinking it though, tasted slight like a wet dog when warm.

this has been my favorite beer in this style. I am very appreciative of the lack of banana and the balance of spices. Very nice beer balances the spices along with the sweetness. Now this beer appeared green to me, but i was in a room with dark lighting...
