Złote, zmętnione. Piana drobna, biała, bardzo obfita. W aromacie pszenica, lekka kwaskowość. Delikatne nuty kolendrowe. W smaku dość wytrawne. Przyjemna goryczka w drugiej nucie. Po chwili wychodzi bardzo wyraźna, ziołowa kolendra. Momentami przypomina saison.

Bottle of 33cl, in a Hoegaarden Tumbler glass; from the fridge. Great witbier ! The colour is a deep yellow one, with a pretty white foamy head. The taste is sour, with spicy notes. Good one !

330ml brown bottle poured into a Tulip glass. Appearance is hazy yellow with a large frothy off-white head that settled quickly. Aroma of grass, pears, banana, lemon zest and herbs. Flavour of banana, wheat bread, herbs, spices and lemon zest. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Palate is light-medium bodied, soft texture and average carbonation. Overall a tasty and well balanced witbier.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2016 Butelka 750ml z datą ważności do14.02.2017 temperatura degustacji 12 stopni+, szkło teku. Smak: cytrusowy, wytrawny z kwaskowatym finiszem, delikatna ziołowość, goryczki praktyczne brak. Wysycenie średnie do wysokiego,średnia pełnia, pijalne, orzeźwiające.

Appearance: cloudy opaque pale gold with one finger of fine off-white head diminishing rapidly to a thin cap, minimal patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: orange peel, coriander, yeasty wheat, floral. (8/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, mild tart, light peppery spice. (8/10) Palate: medium-light body, moderate carbonation, short duration lightly tart and spicy finish. (4/5) A classic that I’ve had many times, yet somehow never reviewed. And they served it in a bucket-sized glass so what’s not to like? (Honestly, it was a jug without a handle! It almost took two hands for me to drink from it when it was full! Ok, ok, I know it’s just thick glass - but it’s still impressive.) Serving size aside, it’s a pretty reliable mass-market standard. Light, easy to drink (though you might need to use both hands!) and probably the standard against which witbiers are measured. No complaints here. (16/20)
