Appearance: Slightly hazy, pale yellow with a foamy white head.
Aroma: Yeasty with slight spice notes, a good bit of citrus, and a touch of a metallic note.
Flavor: Tart citrus notes are the first to greet my tongue. They are followed by smooth malt, yeast, small floral notes, a slight buttery touch, lemon, and a slight metallic note. The standard for Wits.
Palate: Medium, smooth carbonation with a light mouthfeel and a short finish.
Overall: Fairly straightforward. This beer has a nice mouthfeel and nice clean finish. Always reliable if better brew isn’t available.

When I go out with friends, The place must have this on tap or bottle.
The pour is very nice and clean. Nice foam head.
The smell is of pure wheat and citrus. As you take in the beer, you get a slight hint of orange, lemon, lemon grass, and spice. All of these flavors are well hidden among a very clean and refreshing wheat base. Super nice drinking and very pleasing refreshment.

Oct 6, 2009 Pours a hazy yellow hue with thin, very white head. Pretty beer. Sweet aroma, some banana and yeast coming through. Interesting taste. Sweet up front with a slightly bitter finish. Some fruit and yeast coming through. Super refreshing, not bad.

Oct 5, 2009 A very tasty beer with a citrus smell. It was lighter colored than I thought it would be. It is somewhat expensive here at $9.00 a six pack but a good all-around beer.

Oct 4, 2009 Updated: Nov 14, 2009330ml bottle. Cloudy, pale yellow colour with white foamy head which fully diminishes. Yeasty aromas with bread, citrus especially lemon, some orange, banana. Flavour yeasty spicy, sweet with a lemon sour touch particularly in the finish. One of my favourites, very thirst quenching on a hot day

Oct 3, 2009 Pale yellow pour. Light and smooth and the orange/coriander is incorporated better here than in Blue Moon, which has been a favorite of mine. Refreshing and extremely drinkable.
