Pours a lightly hazed yellow with a soft, tight white head. The nose is of yeast and lemon, with perhaps a note of white pepper. The taste is crisp and light. Lemon and faint spices are first, then comes a certain damp bread flavour. The body is thin with a mild carbonation. There’s a short finish with that lemon and yeast. It’s refreshing but carries as much flavour as water. At least it’s not offensive.

Decent beer with a distinct taste. Appears banana yellow in color with a two finger head. Smells of spice and clove. Taste is unique with clove and spice, crisp and easy on the palate. Not the best of its kind, but a good showing. Would drink as a session or with a meal.

Pours pale yellow colour with a big creamy head. Wheaty aroma with citrus and grass. Same elements on the flavour too. Medium bodied with a slicky mouthfeel and decent carbonation. Classic witbier.

For the eyes: pale yellow colour; the head is average sized; frothy, white; fair lacing; hazy, heavily particulate body. For the nose: straw malts and herb hops; notes of banana and pineapple. For the mouth: ligh body; thin texture; average carbonation; metallic finish. For the tongue: sweet, but with an acidity that brings a refreshing sensation. For me: refreshing and very decent.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2011 hazy yellow.small head.No strong flavors.But this beer is very complex and refreshing.Citrus, orange ,lemon,banana.,pepper, coriander, sprint flowers.finish little dry and bitter.One of the most refreshing beer out there.

Bottle from a friend. Sour banana aroma. Very anaemic cloudy pale yellow brown colour. Flavour dry sour banana and citrus fruits with a hint of spice. Smooth but not great.

Unpalatable. I didn’t want it to go to waste since it was the only 6-pack I had in the house on a Saturday night, so I had to chug it like medicine. If I would have had ANY other options that night, it would have been poured out.
