Poured into a Hoegaarden hexagonal tumbler glass A: Pours hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head that stays for a while thanks to carbonation forming a white foamy lace. S: Lemon, banana and spices (later described by my wife as clove?). T: Citrusy, fruity, lemon, banana, apples and some spice like clove with no bitterness at all in the way down. Overall: Very nice beer for a hot summer afternoon very fruity in flavor that goes down very smooth and allow multiples intakes, the go to beer of my wife; a little watery for my taste. Will have again with no problem.

12 oz. This is your classic not over the top set the standard white beer. Very good crisp and refreshing.

Bottle- Poured a milky golden color, and smelled of coriander and bubble gum. Although I am a fan of the style, I am no fan of Hoegaarden. There just isn’t enough "kick" to it. The taste is sour, and is also reminiscent of bubble gum. Pleasant finish though....

Bottle. Poured pale yellow and a white lacing foam. Slightly metallic taste, not sure why, but otherwise citrus, malts, coriander, cirtus and yeast in the aroma. Light body with high carbonation, somewhat soury aftertaste. Nothing too exciting for me.

11.2 oz. bottle from the Nacoochee Pizzaria. Pours a pale cloudy yellow with a massive pillowy white head. Once the head dies down and you can smell it, the aroma is faint lemony citrus and spices, specifically coriander and cloves. The flavor is a sweet complemented with a little sour. The mouthfeel is watery and acidic, with light carbonation. Overall, the flavors are weak and the palate is too light, but not a bad example of a witbier.

Pour was a very light yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma consisted of orange and yeast. Taste was a medium clove/banana/orange/yeast. Not too complex as can be a problem with the style. This is a exceptionally smooth beer and would be not problem to drink a whole six pack and be ready for another six pack. Damn this is good beer.

Served from bottle into Lindemans pilsner. Pours an opaque pale pale yellow with a three finger pure white head that subsides to none quickly. There was no apparent lacing present. The aroma was comprised of malt, fruit, citrus, wheat, and grains. The flavor was of wheat, bananas, malt, and grain. It was light on the palate with low carbonation. Overall it goes down very smooth. This might have been due to the lackluster intensity of the flavors and aroma present. I have had this brew quite awhile back when I first started into craft beer and have just now gotten a chance to have it again for a review. This is a good starter beer for people just getting into craft brew, but not overly good for its style. Just needs a little more ’oomph’.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow, white head that disappeared quickly. Banana, yeasty, citrus aroma. Flavor in keeping with aroma, great fruity/banana, yeasty/wheat, and tart citrus. Light carbonated body. Perfect for a hot summer day. I’d like to rate it again later as my palate becomes more experienced to see if I can pick up the spice flavors.
