Brownish-whitish colors mix with some yeasty floaties and a puffy white head. Yeast and lemon zest nose, citrusy. Taste is tart and potent wit taste, spices, coriander help the carbonation bite the tongue with a dryness. While I still think Blue Moon is severely underrated in this category, this is definitely one of the top contenders.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy light golden yellow with a large, pillowy, white head that fades kind of fast. Taste is of citrus, wheat and yeast. Kind of sweet tasting. Aroma is much the same, but not as profound. Not a bad beer to have on a hot day, as it is easy to drink and pretty refreshing. I wish it had a higher alcohol content though.

A very yellow and citrus/sweet beer. Just not my type of beer. I’ve heard good things about it, and I’m sure it’s good for it’s style of beer, but not my type. Nice looking bottle though.

Bottle, nice crispy yellow. Flavor has citrus and wheat, in a small compact package. Nice bitter finish, flavor isnt really my cup of tea.

Bottle - from the Bruno’s grocery store on the corner of Hwy 150 and Shades Crest. At first taste, I was like, "WHOAH, yum!" Much better than Natural Ice, but then again, so is dog urine - just kidding - seriously, this is some wonderful stuff!

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Has a slightly fruity, bready aroma and a medium head that dissipated relatively quickly. An opaque, pale yellow from the fact it is unfiltered. Had a sweet, bready taste, with just enough of a hint of citrus flavoring. Finishes very cleanly; it had very little hop bitterness, though I don’t expect this kind of beer to be very hoppy. Extremely drinkable beer overall.

Pours a pale yellow color with a large white foamy head that is easily aggrevated. Nose is yeasty, clove, corriander, other spices, orange peel/citrus. Initial taste of clove and corriander, moving into wheat and spices. Finishing is crisp and refreshing but too light and flavor qualities fade quick. Palate duration is average. Better than some belgian whits that I have had but this is no prize itself. Above average head retention. Extremely light bodied.
