3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 dylan88 (208) - Rimini, ITALY - APR 24, 2010
33 cl bottle. Pours pale, cloudy yellow in color with a crisp, white head. Aroma of wheat and grass. Flavor of citrus, orange and maybe lemon, with a hint of melon. Smooth, moist, and frothy finish that is refreshing, with a slight carbonation.

Aromas of orange and spice. Flavor has too much orange, I didn’t care for this beer much. White beers aren’t high on my list.

Had on tap several times. Pours light hazy pale yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma of orange peels and wheat. Flavors of wheat and mostly orange. Kind of tastes like Tang. Not a bad wit.

Very bready aroma, with spicy notes and a slight vegetal/asparagus background. Fluffy white head which thins but persists along with nice lacing. Cloudy straw yellow in color. Yeast, clove and light citrus in the mouth. A bit thin and watery however. Not markedly bitter or sweet. Quick finish. I had higher hopes.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2010 On tap. Great beer with unique style and image. Great smell and taste and with the citrus piece this beer is the top!
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 popery (1014) - San Francisco, California, USA - APR 14, 2010
Bottle, home. Extremely ho-hum. The beer pours a pale shade of yellow with a tinge of orange. The head is large and pillowy, though it dissipates a bit quickly. The aroma is muted with a sour grain off note, citric acidity, light wheat spice and some spicing. The flavor is quite boring. It’s a bit too acidic and the grain doesn’t have a good flavor. Some grassiness and spice. There’s just not a ton going on. Mouthfeel is fine. Not bad but not something that I’d care to order again.

Fell in love with this while visiting Amsterdam, best wheat beer that I have ever had. It pours a cloudy almost white golden look with a thick white head. It’s sweet with a dominant flavour of roses with an herbal aftertaste. Toss a slice of orange in your pint glass & it tastes even nicer.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 ivan9856 (173) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - APR 6, 2010
I sampled a 12 oz. bottle, which fills a glass with a traditional unfiltered, hazy, pale yellow beer and a generous, long-lived snow white head. Some excellent lacing remained in the glass. Bready wheat and citrus aromas dominate the nose. Palate entry is semi-sweet, with mid-palate flavors of the advertised coriander and orange peel, but also banana. There’s little hop flavor, as expected, yet this beer is well balanced with the gruit spice adjuncts and some sour lactic acid in the finish. A very refreshing beer.
