3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours hazy, pale yellow. The frothy white head sticks around for quite some time. The notes of clove, pepper, orange, lemon, and coriander are very intense on the nose, while the banana note is more muted; overall very pretty to smell. It is very smooth on the palate, with the lemon (not orange) component being dominant, complemented by the soapy characteristic of coriander and minerals, but it doesn’t undergo a very complex transition. The bitterness is virtually non-existent, hence the clean finish is completely dominated by the acidity and typical wheat-yeast-interaction. The body couldn’t be lighter in a beer with 5% ABV, while the carbonation is very lively and makes the mouthfeel pleasantly bubbly. Ridiculously refreshing.

33cL can. Home. Pale hazy yellow beer with a white persistant head. Few bubbles. Aroma of coriander, citrus and orange peel. Nice touch. Sweet taste, light bitter. Refreshing : full body, thin texture, soft carbonation. Short finish. I think carbonation is better in bottle than can. Fair lacing. In summary, refreshing but too short : next one please !

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught, but i drank bottled also. Nice tasty foam with tiny bubbles, typical weissbier colour and odour. You can eat it, with the foam and the medium body, there aren’t sidetaste, nor very tropical aroma, too much citrus. Perfect and not too costly.

A la pression avec une rondelle de citron, assez fruite, tres douce (trop douce ??). Pour une biere "grand public" elle reste assez bonne et tres rafraichissante.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours pale, hazy straw blond with a foamy white head. Lacing is a nice bubbled coat. Aroma is wheat, orange and some yeast. Taste is sparkling lemon and cereal. Just a touch of bitterness. A wee bit thin. Very sessionable and a template for a wit. At one time, this was my favorite beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a big bleached white head with decent retention and lacing. Aroma is on the light side with mostly wheat, some coriander and faint apple and citrus. Taste has a light wheat twang with some sweetness, coriander and light fruit along with a hint of bubble gum. All the flavors are pretty much in balance and subdued. Finishes dry and clean. Has a crisp mouthfeel with a light medium body and plenty of carbonation. A thirst quenching and easy drinking beer that is just average. Nothing to offend but nothing to make it stand out either.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
I really enjoyed the bottles I tried although the could do with a bit more of a flavor punch. Their website says ‘…there’s the soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour with subtle citrus notes…’ my biggest complaint about the beer is the citrus is too subtle, you can only just, with concentration, pick it up. On the positive side it is still a nice summer beer with a taste that is going to appeal to a large audience.
