3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
For the style, a classic. The first half of the bottle was a clear yellow, the second cloudy with a big white head. Lemony yeast aroma. Some spice. Watery palate with some thickness due to being unfiltered. Yeast, lemon, wheat, citrus sour. Balanced. This is one of the cleanest drinking beers I’ve had.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Has a very delicate sour and coriander aroma with small note of lime. Small head, bright yellow color, very hazy, almost non-transparent. In taste is a typical blanche - immediately reminds of weizenbock. Has a small delicate note of banana, dominated by coriander. A bit sour aftertaste. Very refreshing, very drinkable.

Draft pint served in classic wide mouthed Hoegaarden glass. This one takes me back. A beer that is one of the earliest Belgian Wit style ales that I had both access to and a taste for. Cloudy straw appearance with a dissipating head. Lemony, pepper citrus nose. Extremely drinkable, has a slight sharpness with the citrus notes that keep it interesting. Light mouthfeel with muted carbonation.

Nice from bottle but even nicer on tap, very refreshing and the orange and spice come through well with being too strong

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Milky straw yellow pour with a snow white head that dissipates quickly. Sweet spicy notes and yeast dominate the nose with some citrus and wheat character. The same elements are evident in the mouth with a slightly sweet note on the citrus. Has a slight tartness in the finish.

My top 5 favorite beers to sip around. Delicious citrus taste even in the bottle, it holds up like it’s straight from the barrel.
