330ml bottle. Pale cloudy yellow colour with a big white head. Lovely spicy citrus aroma with coriander and wheat. Taste is smooth, citric (orange?), wheat, and mildly spicy with coriander, maybe a hint of banana. Smooth and refreshing. First Witbier I ever tried, it remains one of my favourites.
24th April 2013.

Light yellow color, medium to strong head. Notes of banana, citrus, and flower in aroma. Tastes of banana, biscuits, and the slight note of bitter orange peel and coriander as per the style. Not the most interesting, but a refreshing intoduction ot belgian wit.

Hoegaarden is a classic Witbier, defining the style. The pour is very translucent, pale yellow, and slightly cloudy. A neat white head forms with a pleasant effervescence, carrying aromas of light but fragrant spice. The taste is light, crisp, mild, tangy, slightly floral, and gently spiced. The finish carries the spice into the palate and thoroughly refreshes. An excellent session brew.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours hazy golden with lots of yeasty spices in the air. Starts off with a light mouthfeel followed by different spicy notes. Ends dry with sweet oranges notes. To me a classical and tasty Witbier.

Aroma maravilhoso de laranja e especiarias, porém no sabor é um pouco seca demais. Refrescante.

330 ml bottle - Very pleasant if very mainstream interpretation of a Witbier from a global corporation.
