Pale yellow, cloudy, thin collar. Strong spicy aroma (coriander) and citrus fruits. Dry taste, spicy (coriander and cloves); light malt and hop. Palate simple, not too bitter, enough spicy. Good example, but Witbiers are not my top ones.

Bottle. Nice big head with medium duration. Pale pale yellow. High carbonation. Taste is fruity with just the right amount of citrus and acidity - which means not too much like many others.

Based on cask conditioned version: A good tasting belgian white beer. Pours cloudy yellow with light white head.

Bottle at home ... hazy yellow ... big foam head ... very wheaty little bubble gum ... overfizzy ... good well balanced banana wheat... this is actually quite a good wheat and better than i expected.

Really refreshing especially with half a slice on lemon. Good wheat beer with just a tang of orange and coriander. If nothing else is on I am quite happy to have this

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2006 Bottle. Hazy, pale yellow with with dense white head. Orange, coriander, banana and yeast in aroma. Light in flavour with a fizzy mouthfeel. Dry, but unhoppy aftertaste. Works well as a thirst-quencher, but tends to be a little too much after some bottles. (050927)
