UPDATED: JAN 12, 2004 I'm not going to say I was disappointed with this beer because it is a great beer, but I do wish I tried it before reading other reviews so I didn't have such high expectations. It goes down easy with a great aftertaste. Nice big white head with a full yellow body. Try it before you read too many gracious reviews.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2006 On tap. A very fruity tasting beer. I normally like malty, hoppy beers, so this one was almost a drain pour for me. Had good aroma, and medium head. was a cloudy body, light colored. It was ok, but just not the kind I like!! My wife liked it, though, and she’s not a big beer person.

Very smooth and refreshing with a citrus finish. Good in a bottle but way better on tap.

Once you get past the way this beer looks, it’s actually pretty good. Poured a huge white head. The beer looks like cloudy, watered-down lemonade. The coriander is obvious in the nose. Mouthfeel was very refreshing, reminded me of a summer shandy because of the looks and how crisp it felt. The beer goes down really smoothly and has good lacing as you approach the bottom of the glass. The finish is pretty complex. It tries to be sweet, but the wheat is balanced nicely by the various spices. Only in the finish did I notice the orange peel.

Citrus and spice aroma, with a somewhat pale apperance. Flavor is wheat with some spice and with hints of citrus (orange and lemon) throughout. Finish is a little flat and drinks a little thin. Overall, a great beer with a decent price tag.

250 ml bottle. Poors a very pale yellow and hazy color with a white head. Notable lacing. Aroma is citrus, spices, with other fruits like orange and banana. Taste is sweet with a very light sourness, which appears nicely. Refreshing and light beer, to be drinked very cold. The body and texture could have been stronger, but it’s not the intend of this Witbier (Belgian Wheat Beer). Overall : could be find for cheap in supermarkets, which makes this Witbier one of the best value for money you can find. Perfect for spring and summer, easily drinkable. I really like it.

Riquisima cerveza Belga de trigo (blanca o blanca de Brujas si mi memoria no falla). Precioso color amarillo turbio con corona blanca y marcada. Fresco sabor citrico y retrogusto ligeramente amargo.En resumen una muy buena cerveza veraniega.

Pours a hazy golden straw, with a good amount of particles. A large, frothy white head slowly reduced to a thick, solid white film that left a great lacing. Strong aroma of straw, cooked corn, and a slight mold – a dry haystack on a warm summer day. The aroma is clearly one of the foremost aspects of drinking this beer and one gets the feeling you either love it or hate it. Soft yet clearly present carbonation with a slightly oily palate. A very appealing and substantive taste of corn and muted clove, undercooked bread, long lasting wheat finish. Almost no bitterness. An ideal relaxing and refreshing beer for a hot summer day. Overall a very well made beer. Can’t go wrong here at all.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2006 Nice frothy 2" white head. Pale yellow cloudy appearance. Certainly light fresh and floral nose with a hint of boiled Suidae (No kidding). Maybe apple and some spruce(citrus). Powdery gum-like mouthfeel quite enjoyable.

One of my most lovely beer and one of the best wheat one! Tastes like honey! The herbal palate makes this whhite beer even more beautiful! Fantastic from the barrel, but not so good when it is in bottle.
