A bright yellow pour, slightly hazy, with a tall light fluffy head. It has aroma of lemon and spice . The flavor is slightly complex. When taken as a large swallow it starts slightly citrus and finishes spicy and very clean. An excellent white beer.

Balanced taste beer. Its not a outstanding white beer but good anyway. It deserves to be tasted.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
White beer with a medium head when poured and bottle swirled. Very spicy scent, but a sweet flavour. The scent becomes overbearing toward the end. Not by favorite Belgian, but still a good beer.

Excellent look with its cloudy golden color and huge head-I wish the taste would have been as positive. Although its fruity flavor of orange was nice, the sourness was too overpowering to enjoy the flavor. A decent beer, but overshadowed by the sourness.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Watery flavor, too citrus-heavy (especially toward lemon scent), but it smells and looks nice. There are much better witbiers out there, such as Blanche de Brugges (sp?).

A little TOO mellowed for me. Good quality, but bland.

Tap to Hoegaarden .33L octogaon glass. 2 inch white head. Med hazy Pale Yellow. Smells of orange zest and coriander, a bit of malt sweetness. Tastes or orange zest and coriander, malt sweetness notes and some bitterness. Lite on the palate, medium carbonation, very little alcohol presence. A decent Wheat beer that would drink easily on warm summer days.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Brewed at SAN InBev, Klin Russia.
Beer is very weak. The aroma is practically absent. Color - straw, a little muddy. Foam-existent. Taste - a weak wheat. Few cloves. Coriander, banana is not noticeable.
In general, the 2 are not comparable with the original Hoegaarden.

Pours a hazy yellow hue with thin, very white head. Pretty beer. Sweet aroma, some banana and yeast coming through. Interesting taste. Sweet up front with a slightly bitter finish. Some fruit and yeast coming through. Super refreshing, not bad.
