If this is available in a pub on draught its always my choice over the usual town centre pub lagers. Distinctive in terms of its colour and flavour. Love it, though it tends to get me drunk very quickly.

Large white head, body cloudy. It smells like apples and banana. Great beer overall.

I have been a fan of Hoegaarden for a good while now, and this is one of my favorites from them. Nice and fresh citrus flavor, this beer is extremely refreshing. Great beer for a nice summer day.

This was a very average beer, especially for its price. It was too light and seemed like an America light in the form of a white. However, it still had a decent smell and appearance. Nevertheless, its taste was very ordinary. The Allagash White is a better offering in my opinion.

By far the best of the summer beers. Crisp and refreshing. Goes great with seafood dishes.

Had my first one on tap in an Irish Pub in Paris. Larger head than typical from a bottle, and much fresher tasting than what is available locally. Nice balance of citrus and coriander. I have yet to taste anything close to this. Probably my favorite beer when I can find it on tap. From a bottle it just doesn’t seem as fresh and I often get a metal aftertaste.

Sets the standards in wheat beers. Pale golden in color, with a fruity, bread, wheat aroma. Great flavours of banana, citrus and yeast. Great beer to relax and kick back.

This is my favorite Belgian white. The appearance is pleasantly golden and cloudy. It tastes fruity with coriander spice and has the most unique finish. It’s almost as if the taste wraps up and disappears after you’ve swallowed, compelling you to take the next sip. This will surely win over beginner beer drinkers.
