Definitive cloviness, though not overpowering. Hazy and extremely light in color - almost looks watered down. Nice flavor but overall it strikes me as too thin.

On Tap. Pour is a milky yellow color with an average white head that lingers. Aromas and taste are similar with lemon, wheat, and bready malt standing out. Minimal bitterness with a light body and medium carbonation. Very smooth and refreshing. Nice.

Bottle into glass. Citrus, coriander and a bit of orange peels in aroma. Strong wheat aroma. Very good appearance: cloudy, very pale yellow liquid with a rich, white head, that disappears quickly, unfortunately. Decent lacing, but definitely could’ve been better. Tastes sweet, slightly sour. Highly carbonated, great finish, bitterness almost nonexistent. Solid beer - especially if we consider how easy it is to get it.

330 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 8/11/2014. Pours hazy golden straw color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, orange peel, light banana, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, pear, orange peel, light banana, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Minimal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, pear, orange peel, light banana, coriander, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt notes; with good robustness and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with no warming present after the finish as expected of 4.9%, Overall this is a damn nice witbier. All around well balanced and robust flavors of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

750ml bottle from Tesco - Cloudy, pale yellow body, white medium-sized head, that slowly fades away. Nose of white bread, a lot of fruit, banana, orange and coriander. Very sweet and fruity taste with banana, some coriander and some orange peel. This is decent enough for a mass produced witbier. and great for the summer.

From a can. The classic. A rather milky looking pale yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is a lively mix of citrus, banana, coriander, yeast, wheat. The flavour is lemon, lightly sour, wheat. I left this in the freezer for a while so it’s ice cold. It is very refreshing. A friend told me today that "witbier’s are a mistake".

Pours a cloudy yellow with a thick white head. Smells wheaty with a hint of bubblegum. Taste is sweet, but of banana with a wheat finish.

Just perfect! Best wheat beer. Strong taste. Heavy to drink too much, but very good taste.
