Oct 5, 2008 Pours a pale yellow with a decent head. Smell is lemon, coriander, and orange peel. The taste is a little sour for a belgian white, but all around really enjoyable. The mouthfeel is clean and soft. All around a great beer!

Oct 4, 2008 As mentioned below, very sweet aroma, but it doesn’t smell "cheaply" sweet. Cloudy light golden appearance, not quite transparent, frothy head. Sweet, but not sugary flavor, nice and refreshing. Definite citrus impact. Soft and creamy on the palate. Nice summer\ fall brew.
