This is a classic, and is still a revolutionary drink in most run of the mill UK pubs. The colour is like a hazy sunrise, and the taste is a fresh smack of lemon and wheat. The thin heads fizzes like an aspirin, and it's lip smackingly addictive too. The only thing which lets this down is that it tends to be variable depending on the pub and day of the week.

Frequently drink this on tap and bottled. This is one of my all time favourites, just a classic beer with an amazing identity and history to it! It is a light bodied, golden White Beer with a bready aroma and soft bready taste with hints of corriander... This is a really easy going drink a good introduction to craft, Belgian and of course white beer! A Must try!

Beautiful looking beer. A pale gold with a thin head across the top. Aroma of banana, bread, orange peel, and of course the distinctive Belgian yeast. Taste has a sweetness upfront of citrus and banana and a longer bready finish. Smooth throughout. A great beer that is easy to find as it is to drink.

Botella de 330ml. Copa Globo. Saboreada una vez más. Color amarillo claro y pálido, apariencia velada. Espuma blanca, tupida y densa. Aromas de piel de naranja y limón. Entrada amarga con matices de limón agrio sobre una leve base malteada. Cuerpo ligero y carbonatación alta. Final aguado, cítrico. En conjunto bastante plana.
330ml bottle. Snifter glass. Enjoyed once again. Light pale yellow in color, foggy appearance. White, close & dense froth. Orange zest & lemon aromas. Bitter upfront, sour lemony hints. Slightly maltiness backbone. Light body, high carbonation. Watery, citric finish & aftertaste. Quite bland overall. (Nowadays available at most Supermarkets)

Pours a beautiful hazy pale golden colour with soft creamy lasting head. Smells like Belgian yeast, fresh bananas with a hint of orange peel and clove. Tastes like wheat, bread, sultanas and bananas. Delicious

Poured from a glass, Japan. Aroma of mild hops - floral, citrusy, with cereal. Pours a weak pale amber with a vibrant snow-white head. Heavy carbonation, but you don’t feel it as much as you see it. A mildly flavored beer that is refreshing but not watery. Fruity but now overpoweringly so, slightly sweet, minimally bitter.

Pours cloudy pale yellow, thick white head that hangs around for a while.
At first I thought it smelled a little eggy, citrus, starchy.
Tastes citrusy - orange peel in abundance, hints of coriander. Bit of sweetness to it.
Smooth mouthfeel, very easy to drink.
Oh, I was told in Amsterdam it’s pronounced more like Hohk-aarden.

Yeast is dominant with slight grainy taste. It’s light and crisp.

Tart and fruity wheat beer, great! Perhaps the best witbier I have tasted. The color is cloudy pale yellow and frothy head is strong. Drink this ice-cold!
