Pint Winterbierfestival 2007. Aroma is malty, yeasty with coriander. Hazy, orange coloured with a thin, off-white head. Taste is sweet, just a bit sour, sugary, spicy (coriander). Unimpressive. The new hoeksche brews are far from the Eikenbier quality.

Bottled. Laurel, yeast and fermenting apples in the aroma. Hazy, orange color, beige head, good lace. Very sweet, candy sugar, light fruity, laurel, coriander, sticky.
