Bottle: Golden coloured with a mid-sized stable white head; fresh resinous-hoppy nose with traces of sweet malt; solid, robusr bitter-sweet flavour, medium body and gentle MF; distinctively lingering herbal hops in the quite dry bitter finish. A well rounded, moreish pale Bock........

Süffig süßer, fast schon aufdringlich klebriger Antrunk. Eine vermutliche Herbe bewegt sich innerhalb dieser Klebrigkeit, schafft es aber nicht, sie zu überwinden. Das Bier wird so nur wenig herb, dafür verschafft sich die Gerste eine Platz an der Sonne. Sie bringt Ruhe ins Bier, die klebrigen noten fahren auf Normalniveau herunter, das helle Malz kann sich zeigen. Zum Ende erneut leicht klebrig. Gelungener Frühlingsbock, der am Anfang noch gezähmt werden müsste. Danke an den Doppelbock für das Bier! 8/8/9/10/11/9

chiara schiuma non abbondate i naso è lieve leggeremente erbaceo in boccas leggera dolcezza iniziale seguita da una discreta luppolatura piuttosto secca

Bouteille de 500 ml. La bière est de couleur or avec un col de mousse blanc modeste. Au nez on découvre des arômes de céréales fraîches,de houblon floral et de métal. En bouche le corps est moyen-rond avec une effervescence moyenne. On goûte des saveurs de grain frais avec une amertume d alcool et de métal.

(bottle)Clear, golden colour with a thick and dense foamy white head. Aromatic herbal hoppy nose with hay and a moderately sweet pale malt-character in the back. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel. Good malt-character, light grainy with herbal and slightly spicy hoppy notes from the beginning; medium-dry, malty finish with rounded herbal hoppy accents. Balanced Maibock (18.04.07).

Bottle. Sour barley malt and grassy hops aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet barley malt and bitter grassy hops. Slightest hint of astringency. Light for a bock.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malt, grain. Flavour is sweet, grain, malt, hint of hop. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. Clear, a bit pale, golden, with a white head. Malty, sweet and grainy nose and flavor. The flavor has a bitter hoppiness as well, leading to a dry, slightly bitter finish. Medium body. A decent maibock, but there’s nothing special to it. (070705)

500 ml bottle. Golden body with a white head. Vague malty aroma with some hops. Relativly neutral flavor, some bitterness but to ordinary for my taste.

Bottle, 6.6%. Refreshing, grassy hopppiness in aroma. Clear golden colour. Big, stable white head. The flavour starts off slightly sweet, turning peppery and then into a rough bitterness. Too rough for my liking.
