Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, fruity, mild yesty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110305]

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some alcohol as well as fruits, nectar and some slight bready notes. Flavour is much the same in a good balance. Nice alcoholic and fruity aftertaste. Gets smoother in flavour once the yeast is poured in.
