Bottle, 33 cl. Today at the new farm brewery. Light hazy orange-golden beer. Good bitterness like Oravl. Taste bitterness, but not to bitter, hoppy. The people are there, everyone like this beer !

Draft at Jacs. Creamy, thick, unfiltered golden yellow. Big foamy white head, lots of lace. Creamy and light, quite drinkable. Sort of like a good yeasty Wit with a quality hop addition. Soapy, dry and bitter. Somewhat Saisonish as well. Hoppy, crisp and refreshing. Thick cream soda like yeast notes with orange peel and grass tones. Nice.

Bottle. Aroma of lemon bread, Italian bread, leafy hops, light spicing (grains of paradise?), more citrus notes, light yogurt. Flavor continues to be quite lemony, fairly acidic, mild resin with lots of floral notes. Really nice stuff.

really light gold. Thin small bubbled white head. Very husky, wheat, bright hop blasts, very fresh, dry finish. Very lingering light bitterness.

Very floral nose, some sweet honey malts, light lemon and peppery yeast. Taste is fairly dry, moderately bitter, super hoppy, tons of flowers, light honey and cracker malts. Awesome.

11.2 oz bottle. It pours a clear, light pineapple/gold/orange color with a foamy bright white head. The head recedes with some very nice lacing. A very nice but different looking Tripel. The smell is subtle and mild, but nice. It has a lot of spiciness to it with some mild bready grains, caramel, candi sugar, and fruit. The flavor is interesting for a tripel, for sure one of the more bitter ones that I have come across. It is a blunt bitterness, but interesting nonetheless. Along with the bitterness is some light citrus and corriander. It is airy, light and drinkable, a very solid tripel. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 02-02-2011 00:40:07

Bottle at Publican. Pours a nice, clear gold. Big fluffy head of white. On nose, quite hoppy and fresh with spicy grass notes coming through and subdued esters. Nice robust breadiness and a little sweet. Finishes dry and somewhat bitter. I could drink this all day.

11.2 ounce bottle in Duvel glass. Very pale hazy yellow with flat white head and nice lace. Mild herbal aromatic citrus bready aroma with a hint of clove and tartness. Mild vanilla peach sweet fruitiness with very dry somewhat bitter a little bit soapy peppery finish. Pretty fresh, which IMHO is crucial for this style. Nice, refreshing, pleasant. A very good beer in a subtle style.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy dirty yellow with a small white head. Aroma of bready malt, yeast, diacetyl, corn, and light spices. Flavor is sweet initially with light peppery spices and a bready/yeasty finish. Light and spritzy on the palate. Superbly drinkable! Nice Belgian ale. 7/4/8/4/15 (3.8/5)
