COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brew Nį1, Limited edition of 1755 bottles

The first beer made in our new oak aged gamma has been aged on Belgian Gin barrels. The aroma searches a balance between caramel, toasted bread and some fruity aspects such as apricot and plum. Also there is some form of spices, tasted as pepper and safran. The taste itself is mainly exotic fruit flavours, cassis and caramel. We end with a pure beer taste with a royal dose of heating alcohol.

Bottle. Medium high fluffy white lasting head. Hazy yellow body. Sweet fruity malt fruity aroma and flavor with sublte notes of prunes and plums, oak I could neither small nor taste as the alcohol was way too dominant. Low carbonation. Long finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Itís a lightly hazy one, dark golden-orange in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is rather boozy, with booze and spices. Quite fruity. Itís quite effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and soft on the palate, slightly warming. Itís alcoholic on the palate, with a good spiced touch. Pale malts, dark plums, prunes and a generic fruityness in the flavor, lasting for a good while. Decent indeed, but not my kind of beer. 150513

Hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is smooth with good fine carbonation. Smooth sweet malts, creamy sweetness with mild caramel - toffee. Smooth fruit liqueur with a modest gin like kick. Trace of dried fruits and a little spice before a semi dry finish. Fairly mellow, tasty and pretty drinkable.

Keg at the Kings Arms. It pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Creamy foam that lasts quite long. Aroma Is sweet sticky juicy fruits, light woody alcohol and light gin herbs. Taste is mostly sweet, with juicy notes of orange and mango, more herbs and estery peppery yeast quality. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, interesting but a sipper.
