Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy amber with a very lively but dissipating off-white head. Oddly unclean farty aroma, boozy too. Medium body, lively carbonation, caramllish, slightly woody with only a very vague suggestion of cognac. Finish is boozy and rough. 200812

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, toasted and caramelish. Mild cognac aroma. Fruity, toasted malty and light cognac fruity. Mild bitter, fruity and slight phenolic. Dry and malty finish.

75cl, limited to 3240 bottles, new exclusive brew Anno 2012, from Etre Gourmet Beauvechain, complex brew, alcoholic/sweet and slightly spicy/fruity, not too heavy, balanced, cloudy, good head, good brew, yet expensive!

Dorée/orangée; col blanc léger.
Arôme reste très belge avec le cognac gagnant en présence sans pour cela dominer.
Palais donne un peu plus de place au houblon, malté léger avec ce profile boisé/modéré de Cognac.
En somme, la série reste agréable avec certains exemples où le barrel agin reste trop discret.

Sampled at RBBSG. Hazy murky yellow-orange color, no head. Smell malts, clearly barrel-aged, some alcohol. Taste malts, barrel-aged, some alcohol, lightly sweet. Full body, low to medium carbo.
