Draught, Miami Hofbrauhaus. Bright yellow with thick head. Gorgeous. Could not leave a finer lace. Aromatic, bright fruit. Banana. Fennel. Coriander. Thins out in finish. Food brings out its hop flavors. Lovely hefeweizen experience.

Jul 20, 2008 On tap at Lagerhaus (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy golden with one finger white head. Head settles quickly for minimal lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus and spice with notes of yeast, bread and banana. Flavor is about the same with notes of banana, bread, spice, yeast and hints of coriander. Light body with a bready finish.

Jul 19, 2008 Pours a bland yellow, slightly cloudy body with a thin white head. Banana bread. Flavor is probably a bit subpar for a hefe, but the way the beer dances on the tongue is quite enjoyable.

Jul 9, 2008 From a 500 ml bottle this poured a cloudy yellow with a huge rocky white head that left big chucks of lacing. Nose of wheat and banana. Clean and smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is classic German hefe, and was very refreshing to drink. Slightly dry and bitter finish.

Jul 9, 2008 This cloudy yellow beer poured with a modest white head that lasted a while. There is a standard floral wheat aroma. The flavor is very yeasty with some banana esters and a slightly bitter finish. Refreshing, but not very tasty.

Jul 2, 2008 had a half liter of this at hallo berlin in hells kitchen, dont remember too much of the detail bc i was pretty wasted but it wasnt bad at all. Pretty full bodied, some banana.
