Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sweet malt, toasted, light to light moderate hoppy, grass - silage. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet malt. Süßlicher Antrunk, wenig herb, süffig. Die Herbe schreitet im Mittelteil ein wenig voran, unterliegt aber weiter der moderaten Süße, welche ihrerseits durch den Hopfen beeinflusst etwas schwächer wirkt. Dennoch wirkt sie noch etwas zu stark und verhilft dem Bier zwar zu großer Süffigkeit, dafür aber zu gehammter Aromenvielfalt. Im Abgang häufiger, die Süße klingt ab und gibt ein angenehm harmonisches Aroma ab, das ich mir vorher bereits gewünscht hätte. Leicht würzig, malzig-klebrig werdend. Test vom 13.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,10,11,8,9 - 9,15

Pours a golden colour with a white head. Aroma of weak grassy hops, wet paper and some buttery notes. Flavour of grassy hops, weak bready malts, subtle sweetness and some weak herbal notes. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Smooth malty finish with some bitterness. Quite an average Helles.
