pivnizub (7239) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUN 19, 2010
Bottle (Gruß Garching!): Unclear, deep golden coloured, big fluffy stable and lacyhead; moderate to solid bisquity-nutty nose with some subtle fruits and a good dash of "woody" hops underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; detectable hoppy bitterness in the moderate nutty-malty and bitter finish. Good, slightly diluted "Heller Bock".....

MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - JUN 17, 2010
(bottle) Hazy, light-amber colour with a light-beige medium-sized foamy head. Bready cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits and a delicate hops profile in the background. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Tastes like a diluted pale Bock: bready and slightly biscuity malty taste with lighter herbal accents and traces od alcohol; moderately sweet malt-accented and delicately hop bitter finish. A decent and quaffable Märzen. 16.VI.10
