0.5l can. Very light piss color with ugly small white head. Grainy aroma with some lemon sourness. Bitterness comes in the finish.

Can and bottle. 15 years ago, it was not that bad - this one has obviously seen better days. Average mid-priced pale lager features...

A színe jó, de az íze kellemetlen. Nem emlékeztet láger jellegre, nem kesernyés, inkább savanyú.

Canned 500ml. -had this one many times in Budapest and since someone listed it on RB let’s rate it. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, light grainy nose. Malty, grainy and some cereals with short bitterish finish. Boring like almost all Hungarian macro lagers.

500ml can. I am ashamed of this HB beside of SABMiller. Very poor product from - in theoretically - quality ingredients. Watery, very pale yellow, almost no foam, harsh citric feeling, and after this some sweet malt and hop.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2013 500 ml can. Clear, golden color, long-life medium sized off-white head, corny aroma, light watery body, honeyed and malty slight sweet taste, dry simply hoppy palate. Nothing special, but easy-drinkable.

10/08 A 0.5 l can from a CBA in Budapest. It poured pale yellow body with a quite big head atop. True Hungarian hop aroma, somewhat salty, dusty and grainy. Flavor was much better though, showed fine bitterness, herbal and cardboardy dry hops that get enriched with citrus notes towards the finish. Generally thin and watery, even for 4%, but dryness saves it a bit. Finish was long and correct although weak. Not bad.

I kinda knowingly missed rating this several times and now heavy got us a can. Yay for heavy! Seriously though, this is above regular Hungarian fare at that alcohol level. Shiny-ass yellow body with a medium sized white head. Clean grainy malty aroma, sweet, some light notes of lemon. Quite grainy taste mingling with notes of something herbal and/or lemony. Dry. I’d have it again in some "swilling in Hungary" situation.

50 cl, canned @Budapest. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma: Pale malt, grains. Some grass. Taste: Medium sweet, mild bitterness. Palate: Quite light body. Average carbonation. Decent.
