Murky dark brown colored pour. Small off white head. Some splotchy lacing. Malty aroma with hints of clove. Earthy malt and banana flavor. Not bad. Just a little too off though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaska på Ålandsfärja. Mörkbrun vätska med fingerhögt skum. Doft av vete och banan. Smak är lagom balanserad sötma och beska. Något tunn kropp.

Head: medium sized, off-white, creamy. Colour: mahagony, hazy. Aroma: strong fruit/banana, some spice/cloves and just a bit of wheat sourness. Taste: again strong banana, sweetish, some cloves and just a bit of wheat, leading to a slightly spicy and bitter finish. Body is thin to medium. A sweeter and a bit more full-bodied versions of the standard weisse.

50 cl bottle @ Gastropub, Praha, BBE 08.11.2013
Aroma has metal, spices and yeasty notes. Flavour is spicy with yeast, metal and roasted malt. A ’kotikalja’-like feeling here. Nothing much.

Bottle @ home (purchased supermarket Iper in italy) . Finale breve e dissetante.

Not sure much a Dunkelweizen but a more dunkel than our regular weizen. Some banana clove but not very strong aroma of it. Soft and a bit butter palate. Good not great. Serving: Tap

At HofBrau Keller in Munich. Decent but not great Dunkelweizen. Medium levels of the banana clove. A little thin. Serving: Tap

500ml bottle. Hazy dark brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, off-white head. Dark wheat malty aroma, yeasty overtones. Taste is minimally sweet dark malty, minimally spicy yeasty overtones, prickling carbonation gives way for a slightly creamy palate.

yum time.its got that murky ugly brown look that i wanted. light brown cap of a decent size. nutmeg aroma, mild banana mixed in well with the wheat, light sweetness falls in the middle, sweet yet pungent candy. warming. very warming. THe flavours are yummo, not as yummo as the tostidos that await me as soon as i destroy this beer. Everything above is blended wonderfully into one tasty experience. warm and sweet (not really sweet, just a sweetness), toasty wheat goodness, light spice, almost non existent stand alone banana- very balanced. I knew I was going to love this beer.
