En weissbier, men mörk! Ingen fantastisk upplevelse, men lättsam med en tydlig skumbananton.

0.5L bottle. Pours hazy brown with a frothy tan head. Really nice aromas: bready malt, molasses, toasty nut, dough. (deconconction mash?). Mild sweetness at beginning with cereal grain and hints of banana. Kind of nothing in the middle, then finishes with more banana, yeast, and a mild, herby bitterness. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. OVerall, nice aromas, tasty enough, but not much standing out.
