Slightly hazy amber golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, grain, light citrus, light straw. Sweet malty flavour. Sweet malty finish, light banana.
Not bad, just nothing exciting either.

Leicht orange und trüb siehts aus; zum Glück reichlich Schaum darüber! In der Nase leicht hefig und etwas säuerlich (Zitrone?). Im Antrunk dann dünn geraten. Geschmacklich eher malzig denn hopfig. Weder Fisch noch Fleisch. Geht so, aber als selbsternanntes Sommerbier doch klar die 2. Alternative zum prickelnden Weißbier!

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Pershore Road, Birmingham. Pours a perfect golden colour, cloudy but, despite my best efforts, lacking the trademark head of foam. Taste has the expected bitter citrus tang, with a malty finish laced with Fairy liquid. All looks, no lederhosen.

Hazy orangey golden colour with small white head.
Malt, wheat and yeast in aroma.
Bready malt and yeast in flavour.

50cl Bottle via Bierkoning, thanks Edo! Hazy golden yellow colour, creamy white head. Aroma of sweet malts, light bready, some ripe fruits, hint of hops, sweet lemon. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, hay, bread, just light fruity, lemon, really nice light herbal and grassy bitter finish that lingers a bit. Light to medium-bodied. Would love to have this from tap on a nice summer day.

Pale amber colour, cloudy, medium, poorly retained head. Aroma was cork with some malt, slightly sour. Tasted bittersweet, hint of sourness. Combined citrus with the usual HB sharpness, slightly grainy finish. Slightly coarse mouthfull, body slightly heavy, well carbonated. Overall well made if not spectacular summer beer.

0,5 l bottle shared with McTapps. A bit of yeast with medium carbo. A bit of malt. But at the end a goid beer. Quaffable and easier to drink the later it get’s.

(tap) helles getreide gelb, leicht trueb, weisse schaumkrone. Aroma ist malzig-suess, fruchtig, vllt birne. Geschmach eher schlank, kaum suess, sonst wie aroma, angenehm bitter. Bei laengerem trinken wirt es etwas lasch. Bitter haengt etwas nach. Gutes sommerbier
