Dégustée en fût au Farmhouse Tap & Grill à Burlington, VT. De couleur dorée et opaque. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes, moyen de bananes sucrées, traces de pêches) et moyennement épicées (clou de girofle), de blé avec des notes de houblon herbeux. Mince-moyenne en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-élevé ainsi qu’une texture aux petites notes aqueuses. Goût de levures fruitées agrumes, mélange de bananes vertes et mûres, faibles traces de pêches) et moyen-léger épicées (clou de girofle) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de blé avec des traces de pain et de céréales sucrées puis en finale l’on retrouve une très légère amertume de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen, composé d’un goût de levures fruitées (pelures de bananes, notes de zeste d’agrumes) avec un léger goût de blé. (12 mai 2013)

Light wheat aroma and no more in nose. In mouth, some ligth wheat and yeast notes.
Nothing especial, boring. The best thing is the apperance.

On tap. Comes a cloudy gold with a nice white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, malt, and citrus. Taste is wheat, yeast, citrus, spice, and malt. Exactly what it is supposed to be! Nice.

50cl bottle. - OK fizzy Weisse with a subtle range of all-sweet aromas and tastes of ripe banana, peach compot. Definite clove, hard-working yeast. Not a harmonious blend. Somewhat unpleasant sticky oily palate. Could use more balance to be truly enjoyable.
