Hefig-brotiger Beginnmit leicht trockener Herbe, die zum Mittelteil deutlich stärker wird. Hell, angenehme wenn auch nur leichte Fruchtnoten, dann aber stark bananig. Ausgewogen, erfrischend. Gutes Weizen! 10/10/9/11/10/10

Cloudy golden with a big and lasting white head. Aroma of spice, herbs and citrus. Sweet grainy flavour with spice and banana. A refreshing and clean hefeweizen

500 ml bottle in Germany thanks to shrubber85. Pours the normal hefe color and head. Aroma is lemons, cloves, and yeast. Taste is a bit sour for type but still ok. Palate is short and slightly sour. Over all it is preety good.

Bottle 500ml.

Murky medium grey orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, light banana and pineapple, yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101214]

Hazy golden with large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and wheaty notes. Sweet flavor with banana, wheat and yeasty notes. Ends sweet.

Pours a pale yellowish orange. Cloudy with a lingering fluffy white head. Aroma is mostly grainy with some citrus fruit notes. A tiny hop presence but mostly dominated by the malt. Flavor starts very sweet and malty, almost sugary. Sharp citrus bitterness hits in the middle. The finish is somewhat tart and candy sweet, like orange or lemon skittles. Medium body and medium carbonation. Definitely not Hofbrau’s top beer, go with their darker beers and if you want a German hefe, stick with something like Franziskaner.

Bottle, 5.2%. Cloudy yellow orange colour. Small stable white head. Mild banana flavour. OK wheaty flavour and mouthfeel. Mild, but good and refreshing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very cloudy golden with a dense white head leaving some lacing. Fresh aroma of citrus and yeast. Medium body with soft yeasty and wheaty accents. Lightly sweet with a whiff of phenols. 210608

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense and chalk white head. Orange to apple fruity estery aroma. Flavour is mild acidic with a solid wheaty note and a bubblegum yeasty flavour following. Shows some fruity estery flavour into a mild sweet finish.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of cloves and banana. The flavor is sweet wheaty again with notes of cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.
