Bottle. Clear chestnut amber witha shortlived head. Aroma of malt and caramel Flavour is litght bitter chocolate with a nutty base. Finish is dry chocolate.

Aroma is typically bready, brown ale malts, roasty malts. Taste is again very bready, just a big malty beast really.

It’s beautiful mahogany-red with a small, creamy head, and the aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, licorice, dark syrup and nuts. The same goes for the moderately sweet flavour, that has a slightly dry finish with a light bite.

Dark amber coloured, minimal off-white head, malty and slight sugary nose. Mild roasted malt, caramel and hint of smoke with notes of brown sugar. Pretty standard dunkel.

Bottle from „Sörspecialista”, Bp. Clear dark brown colour with a medium and moderately laceing off-white head. Smell of caramel and herbals. Sharp and medium to thin mouthfeeled brew with a black bread flavoured aroma with caramel, toast and herbals. The medium dry and nearly short, sweet-bitter tasted end brings (a bit harsh) herbals and toast along, which leaves a light sweet-toasty aftertaste behind. Overall pleasant and adequately balanced, but misses for my opinion a thicker kinded texture and some refinement.

Sörspecialista, Budapest. Világos vörösesbarna színe van, ami teljesen tiszta, átlátszó. A tetején képződő bézs színű hab, vékony és krémes és olyan, mint ha egy nescafe tetején lenne. Illata kissé savanykás, fémes és pörkölt magvas. Ízében is ott egy adag élesztős savanykásság, gyümölcsösség, sok pörkölt maláta és kevéske komló. A feltörő kesernyésség inkább égetnek tűnik, mint komló gyantásságnak. Kissé vizesnek tűnik és elég szénsavas. Utóíze kissé édesen kezdődik, aztán kissé fanyaran és kesernyésen ér véget. Kissé üresnek és furcsán kesernyésnek, savanykásnak tűnik. Nem az én világom...

Clear brown one with a small off white head.Moderated aroma of caramel and toasted grains, some herbal-grassy hops. Medium bodied one with a stronger toasted character than expected. Sourish yeast and the herbal-grassy hop again.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, dark golden beer with a nice off-white head. Caramel and some bread in the aroma, rather pleasant. Sweet, bready flavor with caramel and a balancing bitterness. Medium to full body, sweet and bitter finish. A quite tasteful one. 100814

Warning! Early amateur rating! Crisp palate. Pleasant caramelly chocolatey undertone. Not bitter at all. Long finish. Nice!
