COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Diesen Ursprung will unser Märzen nicht leugnen.

Test vom 11.8.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,10,11,10,9,11 - 10,60

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Deep golden color. Sweet bready and honeyish aroma. Bready and honeyish taste with delicate herbal hoppiness. Medium ody, fairly drinkable. Not bad, just ordinary.

Bottle by 21.02.12. Malty nose, clear pale golden pour with a soapy off-white head. Taste is predominately sweet with a tough of bitterness rushing in with the carbonation. Prickle of light toasted grain toward the end, and a distinct alcohol note; aftertaste has a sudden surge of absolutely gorgeous fresh bread. Medium body with a persistently aggressive mouthfeel, slightly floral. A good one.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden colour, large and creamy white head. Medium-bodied with a solid malty base, hints of honey, also hintes of herbs. Very shy hoppy touch towards the finish.

It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of vegetables and malt. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of malt, straw/hay, light fruit, and the finish is dry.
