My absolute favourite among märzens. Overwhelmingly soft maltness, discrete balnced flavours, and leaves you craving more. Even though I’ve only tried this once, it has etched itself onto my mind.

Bottle, 5.3%. Mild grassy hop aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Small stable white head. Good malty flavour, very flavourful. Mild grassy hop flavour as well. Very clean and good.

Poured deep golden with a reddish tone, nice foamy and stable white head.Caramel and hay, bready aroma with a mild herbal hop. Medium body, mild oily texture with caramel and malt base, fruity fermentation and hop, lively carbonation, light herbs. Fine.

Gyönyörű kis réz színárnyalata van. Eléggé carbonált, de nem kezdi ki a szájpadlást mégse. Kicsit vizes átlag. Könnyen iható. Édeskés.

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet biscuity malty aroma with a light toasty touch and a soft spicy hoppy blend. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Solid malty, slightly bready and biscuity taste with shy herbal accents; sweet-bitter malt-accented finish with shy traces of alcohol and herbal hops. Classical Märzen, pretty good (06.VI.09).

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, small - quickly diminishing - fluffy white head; almondy, bisquity nose with a faint tinge of hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite smooth; shorter sweetish-bisquity finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. Good Märzen.........

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Malty nose with caramel and hints of hops. Flavor was sweet with toasted malt, caramel and grassy hops.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100814]

A színe tükrös borostyán, tetején egy finom pórusú habbal, mely nyomot hagy a pohár szélén ill. vékonyan megmarad a főzet tetején, szénsavassága igen élénk.
Az illata (kellő levegőzés után is) élesztős és komlós/fűszeres.
Malátás aromája karamellás, füves és fűszeres (melyeket enyhe élesztős hatás egészít ki), az íze pirítós kenyeret idéző.
Erőteljes befejezése citrusos, mogyorós és száraz, mely jól kiszárítja a torkot és egy mogyorós-fűszeres utóízt hagy maga után.
Nagyon jól kiegyensúlyozott, jófajta ünnepi sör.
