COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

10,7,7,6,8,7 - 7,20 - 1/11/12

I’t unclear dark brown with a creamy head. The aroma is fairly mild with notes of yeast, caramel and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with an unexpected coriander like yeast flavor (not Belgian tho) especially when cold, but also notes of caramel, fruit, coffee and/or licorice, and the finish is yeasty. I’m still not too happy about it, a bit too far from a German dunkle Weisse..

Cloudy dark brown body and tan head. Sweet aroma of wheat and hints of banana and caramel. Sweet wheat flavor with hints of caramel, a bit sour and bitter. fizzy and thin body. Unpleasant taste. Nothing special. A poor dunkelweizen.

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a thick tan head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with light notes of caramel, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy, muddy brownish with an off-white head. Lightly tart, fruity nose. Light in body with vaguely tart, fruity accents and a basically absent bitterness. Clearly infected. 201107
